This was a fascinating project - I worked with the Government of Nepal in connection with its accession to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in 2003.  Commissioned by AusAID, I spent two months in Kathmandu undertaking an intellectual property audit of Nepal's IP laws to ensure their compliance with the WTO’s requirements under the Agreement regulating the Trade-Related aspects of Intellectual Property (TRIPs).
